We know that life can get in the way of updating everyone you need to, about any changes to your contact details such as your email address or mobile number.

Emails are an easy and cost effective way for the surgery to relay important information to patients whilst reducing our carbon footprint. Help us go 'green' and provide us the best and most up to date contact details.

Please let us know of any contact detail changes by emailing whiteacres.reporting@nhs.net, completing an Admin Triage other admin request, calling the surgery or informing reception.
